No, to shop on CJ Glam you are not required to create an account, but if you do it will enable you to enjoy the following benefits:

To shop with us, browse through our different categories. Once you find an item you like you can add it to your bag by selecting your preferred size, colour and quantity and then clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

  • You can see that the item has been added successfully to your ‘Shopping Bag’ when it drops down from the upper right hand corner of the site.
  • You can now continue shopping or click on ‘View Bag and Checkout’ in the dropdown Shopping Bag.
  • After reviewing your items on the ‘Shopping Bag’ page and adding active e-gift or promotional vouchers you may have, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
  • Once you reach the checkout page you can either sign into your account if you haven’t already or checkout as a guest. In all cases you will be asked to enter your name, address, and telephone number.
  • You can then proceed to choose your preferred mode of payment (Cash On Delivery, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal) and enter your payment details.
  • At checkout, you will also be given the choice of paying for customs duties and taxes if applicable (for more details please refer to our Shipping and Delivery section).
  • After you have completed all the sections simply click ‘Place Order’. An email confirming your order with CJ Glam will be sent to you.
  • Before you start shopping, we recommend you read our Terms and Conditions.

Once you click ‘View Shopping Bag and Checkout’, you will be re-directed to the ‘View Shopping Bag’ page. Here you will find a field to enter your discount code. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly.


CJ Glam charges a flat shipping rate of 11 USD for all orders. For more information please see Shipping and Delivery.

An estimated time of delivery is shown for each item on CJ Glam. Please note that CJ Glam aims to dispatch all orders within 5 to 8 working days (this may take a bit longer during sale periods) unless otherwise stated on the Site. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the local customs clearance processes.

Yes you can. Just enter the address you want to ship to in the shipping address fields at checkout.

CJ Glam ships to the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

You can view and track your orders on CJ Glam in one of the following ways:

  • If you have a CJ Glam account please Sign in and follow the below steps:
    1. Click My Account at the top of the home page
    2. From the ‘My Account’ page, click ‘My Orders’
    3. Your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status
    4. To view the order in detail, click on ‘View Order’
    5. To track you order, click on the tracking link under ‘Status’
  • You can also track the status of your order by clicking the tracking link sent to you by CJ Glam in the shipping confirmation email.

Yes you can and returns are free. If you have a CJ Glam account you can sign in and make a return directly from there or you can contact us a and we will assist you with the process. For more information please see our Returns and Refunds section.

Once CJ Glam has received your return and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund your original mode of payment.

You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs as well as Customs duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees which are non-refundable since they are paid to third parties.

Please note that it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Some countries charge customs duties and taxes for imported goods, which are calculated and itemised at checkout.

CJ Glam will give you the choice of paying for them at checkout or pay for them when your order arrives at the customs of your country.

Please note that we only guarantee the total customs duties and taxes amount if paid directly when the order is placed. Aramex might charge you a different amount based on the customs assessment if you choose the latter option. For more information please see our  Shipping and Delivery section.

All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from CJ Glam to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package.

Yes, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature

CJ Glam accepts Cash on delivery in Saudi Arabia, UAE for orders below 500$, and Jordan below 130$. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for all the Gulf region; in addition to PayPal.

No, you do not have to pay yearly and there is a monthly subscription option too. All you need to do is simply choose the monthly option and sign up to our Direct Debit service with GoCardless for the monthly fee to be collected at a date of your choice.

No, not at all. Our website is a FREE Directory to use and also has a variety of unique African designs and Fashion for sale which you are also welcome to browse or buy. However, as registering your business is FREE, if you do have a business, it would only take you less than 2 minutes to register and reach a large audience of other African entrepreneurs and businesses in the UK.

Of course. We have done our best to amass as many African events as possible in the UK. However, we are more than happy to add your event if the necessary details are provided to us (name, location, event details, dates) via email at

We currently are able to process events until the end of 2019 (December 31st, 2019). For any events further to that date, please await an update on our Blog.

We work with many of the companies that run events throughout the UK so it is possible we are able to offer discounts in certain occasions. However, please email us first prior to registering to any event for availability and more information.
